The ServiceOperational Manager is a key position responsible for the deliveryof daily operational excellence process innovations andimprovements over the team performance andproductivity.
The ServiceOperational Manager defines monitors measures andreports against set standards. You must balance the needs and theexpectations of users partners and stakeholders.
What will you bedoing
- Ownership of allteams and the quality procedures in the India SupportCenter.
- Preparation of work plans optimizationproposals and development procedures;
- Resolvingclient escalations;
- Reaching KPIs and settingyearly performance goals for the teams;
- Act asa backup for the Managers in theirresponsibilities;
- Daily supervision of theresults and taking measures on time in order to mitigatecrisis;
- Support any operational activities asneeded;
- Conduct Regular syncs with the ServiceManagers from the respective regions;
- Conductregular meetings with team members;
- Responsiblefor resource allocation vacation planning bonuspreparations;
- Responsible for the QA formsreview;
- Participation in interviewing andhiring process;
- Reviewing Employees performanceidentifying training needs and defining trainingsessions.

Requirements :
- 810 years experience inoperational manager
- Bachelor s degree.
- Good command of English language (written& verbal)
- Experience in project andpeople management
- Comprehensive understandingof support delivery process
- Expertise inQuality Assurance
- Excellent organizationalinterpersonal and leadership skills
- Taking ananalytical approach to problem solving;
- Highlymotivated;
- Independent;
- Abilityto multitask in a very fastpacedenvironment
