Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced Python Algo Trading Developer with expertise in backtrader or vectorBT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing quantitative trading strategies in Python and a deep understanding of stock trading APIs. Experience with the US market, particularly in options trading, is highly preferred. The role requires a strong knowledge of technical indicators, intraday trading, and order and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies using Python. Utilize backtrader or vectorBT for backtesting and strategy development. Integrate and manage stock trading APIs. Conduct thorough research and analysis to optimize trading strategies. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market conditions and performance. Implement technical indicators and intraday trading techniques. Manage orders and risk to ensure optimal trading performance. Collaborate with other team members to enhance trading algorithms and systems.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python programming. Extensive experience with backtrader or vectorBT. Proven experience in developing quantitative trading strategies. Strong knowledge of stock trading APIs. Familiarity with the US stock market, especially options trading. In-depth understanding of technical indicators and intraday trading. Expertise in order and risk management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with other algorithmic trading platforms and tools. Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with financial markets and trading regulations.
