Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, coordinating hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
  • Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on boarding.
  • Will be hiring for both IT and Non-IT Positions.
  • Should be able to handle Entry Level / Lateral and Bulk Hiring.
  • Be a Value Talent Partner to the clients, maintain good client relationship.
  • Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis.
  • Constantly work on improvement of the hiring process.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • MBA/MSW specializing in HR preferred.
  • Able to work on critical and emerging skills, should have an eye for details.
  • Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to New Technologies and source from multiple portals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Doc, Sheets)
  • Ability to use ChatGPT.
  • People management skills are required.
  • Established team handling skills.
