Job Profile:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and presenting qualified candidates. You will be working closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet our staffing needs with high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Manage and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Post jobs on different job portals and social media platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Maintain and update the HR database with current information on prospective candidates and hires.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with job portals.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
