Requirements

Requirements
 Proven experience as a lead developer in Angular projects, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Angular development.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related web technologies. Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development principles. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Good understanding of GoLang and Python for back-end development, including API development, microservices, and database interaction

Roles & Responsibilities-

Lead Angular Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces using Angular framework. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Implement best practices for front-end development, including modularization, code reusability, and scalability. UI/UX Design Integration: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web interfaces. Feature Development: Participate in feature development discussions, providing input on technical feasibility, effort estimation, and implementation strategies. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the reliability and stability of UI components. Debug and resolve issues as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and deployment instructions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development technologies and methodologies. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance development processes and tools.
