We areseeking a dynamic Client Handling Manager to join our team. TheClient Handling Manager will be responsible for overseeing allaspects of client relationships ensuring client satisfaction anddriving business growth through exceptional clientservice.

RolesandResponsibilities:

  • Serveas the primary point of contact for all client inquiries concernsandrequests.
  • Buildand maintain strong longlasting client relationships throughregular communication andmeetings.
  • Understandclient needs and objectives and develop customized solutions tomeet theirrequirements.
  • Coordinatewith internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery ofproducts or services toclients.
  • Monitorclient satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling orcrossselling products or services to existingclients.
  • Developand implement client retention strategies to minimize client churnand maximize client lifetimevalue.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends market developments and competitoractivities that may impact client relationships or businessopportunities.
  • Prepareregular reports and presentations on client performancesatisfaction and other relevant metrics for seniormanagement.

RequirementsProventrack record of building and maintaining successful clientrelationships.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interactwith clients at all levels of an organizationeffectively.
