We are seeking a dynamic Client Handling Manager to join our team. The Client Handling Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional client service.Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

Understand client needs and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.

Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.

Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client churn and maximize client lifetime value.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities that may impact client relationships or business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for senior management.

Requirements

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an

organization effectively.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
