What you will be doing

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier leadership and sales talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share insights with the team.

What you bring:  

10+ years of experience in Recruitment where, minimum 8+ years in recruiting leadership and sales professionals, preferably in IT Industry Proven track record of successfully filling leadership and sales positions in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, Passive sourcing techniques, Head hunting and social media hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
