Responsibilities:Train fresh new hires selected for respective client campaign(s) onall items related toproduct processTelesales telephone etiquettes and other Call Centerrequirements. Identify training needs forexisting employees of select campaign(s) and conductperiodictraining sessions in order to helpimprove the overall performance of thecampaign. Develop and constantly improve andupdate Process and Sales training modules in ordertoensure maximum training efficiency at alltimes. Strong focus on quality assurance andcompliance requirements as needed for selectclientcampaign(s).Handle customer inquiries and other customer calls periodically inorder to stay in closecontact with realityand understand the actual issues encountered by the employee(s) ontheproduction floor and to thereby make useof the learnings to further improve theoveralltrainingprocess. Develop and conduct simulationtests and other forms of assessments to evaluatetraineesand existing employees on a periodicbasis and to identify knowledge gaps; andthereaftercoach them basis the needsidentified. Keep track of and publish dailyreports with regard to trainees in the training batchandthereafter publish weeklyreports. Responsible for some level ofparticipation in the hiring and selection of candidatesneededfor the production floor from time totime. Responsible for periodically auditingcalls along with making detailed notes ofobservationsfor feedback as and when neededand to make use of the observations to further improvethetraining process.Conducting coaching sessions with the Trainees one to one and/or ingroup to helpimproveperformance.Document training feedback and coaching sessions with propersignoffs andrecordsmanagement.Maintain supervision and ensure that all company policies areobserved and duly followed bythe respectiveTrainees.
AcademicRequirement: HSC or Bachelor s or Master sin any stream (except Engineering MedicalScience) Call Center related certificationsare a plus Training Teaching relatedcertifications are aplus
ExperienceRequirement: Proven work experience as aProcess or Sales Trainer in a Call Center for a minimum of 6to9 months Workexperience Training or Coaching Telesales employees in a US voiceprocess settingispreferredSkillRequirement: Knowledge of MS Office suitewith proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPointpreferred Good interpersonal customerservice verbal and written communicationskills Positive and patient approach to workwith problems/issues Ability to multitaskand remain calm under pressure Strongcoaching and feedback skills ability to motivateTrainees Ability to exhibit a very politecourteous and professional approach at alltimes
