1.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and oversee the entire EV production plant's operations, including managing and motivating a diverse team of professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.2.Electric Vehicle Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of electric vehicles, with a focus on power electronics, to guide the design, development, and troubleshooting processes to deliver high-quality EV products.3.Cost, Quality, and Productivity: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the team meets and exceeds cost, quality, and productivity targets consistently.4.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant to enhance production processes and efficiencies.5.Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements within the plant.6.Resource Planning: Efficiently allocate resources, materials, and manpower to optimize production output while minimizing waste.7.Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development and training.8.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and marketing to ensure a seamless flow of information and achieve overall business objectives.
