At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun (90M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and are also launching Indus (an Indo-futuristic battle Royale) after we got to 10 Million Pre Registrations  
We are seeking a talented Game Economy Designer to join our Design team. You will focus on developing and expanding our game portfolio, collaborating closely with our Game Development, Live Ops, and Art teams.
As a key member of the Game Design team at SuperGaming, your expertise will shape the in-game economies and monetization strategies that drive player engagement and revenue.
 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, implement, and iterate monetization and progression models for both live and unreleased games.
  • Analyze monetization strategies in various games, deconstruct them, and translate key insights for improving our projects.
  • Develop and integrate game mechanics, monetization strategies, and social features into cohesive and engaging products.
  • Create scalable and innovative design solutions to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Design Leads, Designers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure well-planned and executed features.
  • Stay informed about evolving game dynamics, player behaviors, and industry trends, and champion these insights to enhance design efforts.
  • Take responsibility and pride in delivering high-quality, player-focused products.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, agile environment where teamwork and collaboration are key.
  • Identify and articulate technical and production risks, proposing effective solutions.
     

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in game design for mobile and free-to-play games, with a focus on monetization and progression systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize the game design workflow from concept to release and post-release support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and formulas, with the ability to create visual designs using tools such as machinations.
  • Expertise in gacha mechanics and other monetization strategies, with the ability to implement and optimize these systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing game systems and mechanics to enhance features and systems.
  • Experience across multiple game design disciplines, including concept development, game progression, combat, interface design, monetization, and retention.
  • Expertise in games with virtual goods economies and business models, with the ability to analyze and optimize game mechanics and systems.
