OverviewAs a PowerElectronics Engineer you will play a crucial role in the designdevelopment and testing of power electronics systems.   • Design and developpower electronic circuits and systems for various applications suchas motor drives renewable energy systems and powersupplies
  • Conduct simulations and analysis tooptimize the performance and efficiency of power electronicsystems
  • Participate in the selection andvalidation of electronic components and materials for powerelectronics applications
  • Create and reviewtechnical documentation including specifications design documentsand test plans
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate power electronics systems into larger productdesigns
  • Troubleshoot and debug powerelectronics systems to identify and resolve performanceissues
  • Conduct design reviews and provideconstructive feedback to enhance the quality and reliability ofpower electronics designs
  • Stay updated with thelatest advancements in power electronics technology and contributeto continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supportproduct testing and validation activities to ensure compliance withindustry standards and regulations
  • Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and teammembers
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering Power Electronics or a related field;Masters degree preferred
  • Proven experience inthe design and development of power electronic circuits systems andcomponents
  • Strong proficiency in simulationtools such as MATLAB/Simulink LTSpice or PLECS for powerelectronics analysis
  • Indepth knowledge ofanalog circuit design semiconductor devices and power semiconductordevices
  • Experience in control systems designand implementation for power electronicsapplications
  • Proficiency in embedded systemsdevelopment and programming for power electronics control andmonitoring
  • Familiarity with thermal managementand packaging considerations for power electronicsystems
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to analyze and resolve complex technicalchallenges
  • Solid understanding ofelectromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagneticinterference (EMI) principles
  • Strongcommunication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively ina team environment
  • Capability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet establisheddeadlines
  • Experience with industry standardsand regulations such as IEC UL and IEEE for power electronicsdesign and testing
  • Demonstrated track record ofinnovation and a passion for driving technological advancements inpower electronics
