Job Description

Weare seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the operations and salesperformance of our retail outlets in the FMCG/Foods/Beverageindustry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience inretail management and a strong understanding of sales strategiesand customerservice.

Responsibilities:
.Manage and oversee the daily operations of retailoutlets
. Develop and implementsales strategies to drive revenue and meettargets
. Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction through excellentservice
. Monitor and analyzesales performance and provide reports to seniormanagement
. Train and superviseretail staff
. Maintain inventorylevels and ensure stockavailability
. Handle customercomplaints and resolve issues in a timelymanner
. Collaborate withmarketing team to implement promotional activities andcampaigns

Requirements:
45 years of experience in retailmanagement
Strong understandingof sales strategies and customerservice
Excellent leadership andcommunication skills
Proven trackrecord of meeting sales targets
Knowledge of inventory management and retailoperations
Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevant field ispreferred

CustomerInteraction: Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring acustomer-first approach. Empower the team to prioritize customerneeds and recommend products effectively. Team Leadership: Excel ina customer-facing role, leveraging strong product knowledge.Communicate clearly with the team, setting goals, and providingregular feedback to foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment. Operational Management: Collaborate with the storemanager to develop the team effectively. Manage sales targets,minimize waste, and maintain adept stock management. Scheduling andMaintenance: Ensure efficient team scheduling and uphold highstandards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address in-store maintenanceand emergency issues promptly and efficiently. StandardsCompliance: Uphold food safety standards and confidently manage DM& AD standards during inspections.
