BTL Coordinator - Job Description:
- BTL activity Development and Execution:
- Plan, Coordinate and execute BTL campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with sales team and understand the market requirement and execute activities aligned with the sales objectives and to optimize the output of the campaigns.
- Manage the budget for BTL activities, ensuring expenditures align with the Planned budget.
- Implement innovative ideas to differentiate campaigns and achieve competitive advantage.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BTL marketing.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or unexpected problems that arise during the event, such as logistical challenges or customer concerns.
- Effectiveness measurement and activity development: -
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Analyse activity results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Use the Insights to upgrade the specifications, the process and materials of BTL elements.
- Vendor development and coordination: -
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate the execution of BTL initiatives.
- Ensure that all third-party deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials and services.
- Develop Potential vendors in each market for all the BTL verticals.
- Marketing Material Management:
- Inventory Check: Regularly check the inventory of promotional materials and merchandise, and reorder items as needed.
- Material Distribution: Distribute promotional materials Dealers, Retailers, ensuring they are displayed correctly and in accordance with campaign guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of expenses, materials used, and other relevant details related to BTL activities.
- Coordinating in distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
- Travel Requirements:
- Candidates should be prepared to travel frequently. "Travel may involve overnight stays and extended hours.
- Qualifications:
- Post graduation degree in marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in BTL marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skill, with ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stake holders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
