Overview:The ITBusiness Analyst (Veeva Vault) plays a crucial role in bridging thegap between the IT and business functions within the organization.They are responsible for understanding the business needsidentifying solutions and facilitating the implementation of ITsystems particularly Veeva Vault to improve business processes andoutcomes. This role is instrumental in driving efficiencyproductivity and strategic alignment through technologysolutions.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business requirements and translate theminto IT solutions with a focus on VeevaVault
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trendspatterns and insights that contribute to informeddecisionmaking
  • Facilitate requirementsgathering workshops and document functional and nonfunctionalrequirements
  • Participate in the design andconfiguration of Veeva Vault solutions ensuring alignment withbusiness needs
  • Create and maintaindocumentation such as user stories process flows and acceptancecriteria
  • Support IT project managementactivities including resource planning risk management and changecontrol
  • Conduct system testing and coordinateuser acceptance testing to ensure quality andusability
  • Provide enduser training and supportduring Veeva Vault implementation and postimplementationphases
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other ITsystems
  • Identify opportunities for continuousimprovement and optimization of Veeva Vaultfunctionality
RequiredQualifications:
  • Min 5 yrswork exp
  • Strongtechnical understanding of the VeevaVault
  • Hands onexperience with Veeva configurations with a focus onQMS
  • Expected toindependently lead & manage business stakeholders &work on design/configurations POCs testing & dataloads
  • Lead impactassessment of Veeva product release with business & Testingteam.
  • Collaborate withthe business counterparts to drive the monthly BAU releases
  • Independently extendsupport & fix critical end userissues.
  • Support theexisting L2 team to address priority userissues.
