As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Marketing you will operate at the intersection of your team and the business. At the core you are expected to lead projects at category level or deliver to business objectives working alongside with your team. You will be helping further Target’s strategies in playing a key role with great execution. You will be performing your role with minimal direction. You are expected to have a very good understanding of your functional area and design “how” creative work is accomplished by planning, organizing, managing and executing project plans/processes in addition to serving as the single point of contact & relationship manager for cross-functional teams (CFT).

As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Marketing, you will:

Project manage creative campaigns throughout the creative strategy- execution lifecycle Work closely with the Global stores marketing team to conceptualize, design and implement creative visual merchandising strategy Closely work with the creative/Design teams to deliver on creatives/concepts such as digital/social/offline media campaigns for clients or own brands Should be excellent in collaborating across various teams across digital, stores, social, loyalty and enterprise marketing teams Deliver Projects in alignment to the organization’s culture, products and imagery Collaborate with the strategy teams to come up with, revise and present design ideas Collaborate with the creative/design team comprising of Art Directors, Production Designers and Copywriters to ensure creative assets and quality are aligned to business needs Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines for Stores marketing teams Managing and supervising stores marketing projects from beginning to end Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like instructions, charts and project tracking  You are expected to have a very good understanding of your functional area and design “how” creative work is accomplished by planning, organizing, managing and executing project plans/processes in addition to serving as the single point of contact & relationship manager for cross-functional teams (CFT). Act as the single-point-of-contact between US Client Management team & Target in India Marketing CFT teams () and lead projects through the entire concept & activation phase Review & analyse campaign requirements, assess campaign creative feasibility, conduct campaign/creative briefing meeting, facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions Be a thought and execution leader in marketing/advertising area and have the ability to drive the teams towards superior creative solutioning and campaign activation Setup operational aspects of campaign & ensure that the creative fulfills guest experience & business objectives Monitor & control the transition of campaign creatives / projects in each milestone Delve into effectiveness of the campaign creatives and use data to influence future campaigns Create & maintain appropriate documentation, prepare & share status reports / dashboards to appropriate stakeholders at set intervals Lead creative project management process optimization, documentation of processes, standards and guidelines Maintain deep digital expertise in assigned businesses/categories Lead /assist with special projects which could either be self-identified or assigned Should be flexible to work in US shifts for partner connects

About you:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Communication Management) or equivalent 9+ years total experience with 5+ years as Production Design/Brand Manager in Retail/Fashion/FMCG brands/Account Management OR as Creative Project Manager in the in the agency account management/industry with ability to manage and execute multiple projects Proficiency of current production design trends and best practices Having a developed sense of design, a strong understanding of Brand Building, and Design systems. Being meticulous and have an excellent eye for detail and brand consistency. Understanding /awareness of the global culture. Keeps abreast of current design trends Drive end-to-end creative process management for multiple categories, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence. Provide guidance and oversight of process evolution and solutions to support new & changing business needs. Partner with working CFTs (copywriters, photographers, illustrators, art directors, production designers and creative managers) and lead projects thru the entire concept & activation phase Deep analytical skills when creating the content calendar & campaign lifecycle for marketing campaigns across Stores. Ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time Exposure to multichannel marketing creative & communication Exceptional communication skills across all settings, ability to tailor message as appropriate Resourceful and able to work independently on filling in gaps of information Able to demonstrate flexibility in approach and adapt to changing priorities and requirements Has curiosity and drive for seeking and promoting new ideas, in combination with solid business judgment
