We are hiring DGM Engineering& MaintenanceQualification:B. Tech. / B.E in MechanicalEngineeringExperience:18 to 25 years of experience in API PharmaIndustryJobResponsibility:
  • Toexecute work as per procedure and in compliance with ISO 9001standards Quality Management System Compliance cGMP standards ISO14001 Halal and HACCPstandards.
Following and executingworks as per related SOPs & OCP of the concerned departmentand implementing the required procedures.Thecandidate should have outstanding knowledge in the maintenance ofAPI plant machinery like GLR SSR filter press centrifuge RCVDblender sifter ANFD VTD and isolators.Thecandidate should have excellent knowledge of the operation andmaintenance of utility equipment like boiler chillers RO plantscooling towers electric systems compressors nitrogen generators DGsystems and HVAC systems.Coordinating withvendors for AMC and service ofmachines.Ensuring the instrumentcalibrations as per the schedule.Monitoringand verifying the maintenance log books each and everyday.Ensuring all preventive breakdown andbuilding maintenance records as perSOP/OCP.candidate should have knowledge inMTBF & MTTRcandidate should havegood knowledge in MS office excel PowerPoint MS Project managementand AutoCADThe candidate should haveexposure to soft skills like leadership interpersonal skills timemanagement and problemsolvingtechniques.candidate should have exposure toGMP and GLP systemThe candidate should havethe knowledge to ensure the equipmentqualifications.The candidate must have soundknowledge of quality management systems and good engineeringpractices.The candidate must have goodcommunication and audit leadexposure.candidate should have safetyknowledge and adequate PPE to be used in APIindustryThe candidate should have knowledgeand have to ensure statutory approvals required for commercialplants.The candidate should have enoughknowledge to prepare/ensure a mechanically related BOQ along withtechnical specifications.The candidateshould have good knowledge of billverification.
