**Office Location: Hosur**

**Position description**:
Procure indirect material parts to support production & raw materials used in our production for all our

plants (Plant I, II, III, Mysore, Himachal, 3W).

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Negotiation and finalization of prices of indirect material parts
- Negotiation and finalization for Capital equipment, tools, fixtures, gauzes etc.
- Finalization of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Finalization of Group buy contracts for Raw materials and tools
- Monitoring and review of group buy performance
- Finalization of price increase or reduction based on the market scenario
- Releasing of Purchase Orders

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Purchase of commodities: (a) welfare related goods, such as canteen needs, gifts for events, services such as employee commuting, dormitory (c) IT related Hardware & software (d) Some engineering goods / accessories required by various depts.
- Continuous improvement in QCDD aspects of sourcing, with high focus for cost optimization.
- MIS, MPCP & ECM reporting for small team
- PO release on right source based on QCDD merits - engineering goods & common commodities
- Co-ordinate for IT projects for high productivity, lead time reduction, transparency etc
- Regular price settlements for groceries & vegetables
- Annual Contracts for small engineering goods, services, manpower etc

- Fairly good idea about supply chain aspects, including trending & futuristic ones.
- Fairly good idea in technical aspects like (a) automobile products (b) manufacturing facilities
- Fair knowledge in supply chain aspects viz Information flow, Material flow & Money flow
- To be highly responsive in giving quick support to internal customers & suppliers thro’ effective communications.

**Eligibility**

Qualification : Preferably with Diploma / Graduation in any Engineering. Non engineering graduate also may apply.

Should have worked in TVSM for about 5 to 7 years, having reasonably good cultural fit.
