Responsibilities


●Be the CVS “one face to supplier” regarding APQP process in the dedicated Region.
●Lead all CVS APQP process linked to one or more defined suppliers (delivering all Regions)
●Release supplier PPAP in agreement with the delivering plant SQA
●Ensuring quality in projects to achieve zero defects and flowless lunches
●Perform process audit (acc. VDA 6.3/technical checklist) at assigned suppliers. Track to closure open action item list at suppliers
●Manage supplier development activities linked to escalation level 2
●Support supplier development activities when required by SQA
●Support resolution of supplier claims when required by SQA
●Evaluation of risk analysis
●Lead technology workshops to screen technology and manufacturing practices at the suppliers
●Approve and follow change requests coming from suppliers and internally
●Technical leading of cross-functional teams; tracking of all project tasks regarding supplier development activities *
●Preparation and execution of project meetings and steering committees*
●Preparation of decision templates and presentations for the steering committee including escalation recommendations and action tracking*

Required Skills & Competencies

Successfully completed degree in technical/mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable studies and several years’ work experience within automotive/business related industry Quality tools (APQP, 8D/ QR6S, FMEA, MSA… VDA6,3..) and knowledge/ experience in one of technologies High level of motivation, strong and reliable decision making-capabilities Project management skills Team and communication skills Willingness for business travel.
