Asa key player in our team youll collaborate closely with productmanagers designers and backend developers to create seamlessscalable and usercentric applications. Your expertise will not onlydrive the frontend development but also play a pivotal role ininfluencing product features and direction.

Responsibilities
You will spearhead the development of highquality scalable userinterfaces for our SaaS products using React ensuring they areresponsive and adhere to modern web standards. We expect you tocollaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform designs intodynamic and interactive web components enhancing the overall userexperience. Youshall lead the integration of frontend elements with serversidefunctionalities and APIs working alongside backend developers toensure seamless data exchange and application performance. You will activelyparticipate in code reviews advocating for best practices infrontend development to maintain code quality and consistencyacross the team. We expect you to stay abreast of emerging technologies andframeworks related to frontend development incorporating newinsights to continuously innovate and improve our eventtechsolutions. Youshall take the initiative to troubleshoot and debug issues thatarise in the frontend domain providing effective solutions in atimely manner to uphold service quality. You willcontribute to the creation and maintenance of technicaldocumentation related to project architecture design decisions andcoding guidelines to support knowledge sharing among the team. We expect you tomentor junior frontend developers nurturing their professionalgrowth and ensuring they adopt best practices in their work.
Requirements
You must have proficiency in React.js and be familiar with currentstandards including hooks context and the component lifecycle. You should possessstrong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript ES6 to createengaging user interfaces that are responsive and accessible. We expect you tohave experience with popular React workflows such as Flux or Reduxensuring state management is efficiently handled across ourapplications. Yourability to integrate RESTful APIs into our frontend architecturewill be crucial for seamless data retrieval and manipulation withinour SaaS products. You need to demonstrate a solid understanding of version controltools like Git which supports our collaborative environment andcontinuous integrationpipelines.
Having a keen eye for design fidelity and experience with designtools (e.g. Figma Sketch) is important as it aids in translatingdesign concepts into functional software accurately. We require yourskills in optimizing application performance for maximum speed andscalability ensuring our users enjoy smooth interactions duringevents of any size. Collaboration withcrossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features whileproviding insightful feedback during code reviews is essential.
