Designation:NationalSalesLead

RolesandResponsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that alignwiththe

companysbusiness objectives and marketopportunities.

Lead mentor and expand the sales team to enhance productivity andmeetsales

targets.

Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholdersto ensureclient

retentionandsatisfaction.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities toadapt strategiesand

enhancecompetitiveness.

Manage key customer accounts and participate in contractnegotiations tosecure

majordeals.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensureacohesive

approachto marketgrowth.

Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity toensureeffectiveness

andefficiency in achieving salesgoals.

Represent the company at industry events conferences and networkingmeetingsto

fosterbusiness relationships andopportunities.

Report directly to senior management on sales results forecastingandstrategic

planning.

JobRequirements

Experience:Either 10 years or 8 years with below mentionedqualification

Qualification:IITs or NITs (basically from Tier I or IIcolleges

Mustbe a B School passout. Must have done undergrad in Mechanical orMetelergy. Must have FMCG / Enterprise Salesexperience.

IdealCandidateProfile:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.A

Mastersdegree ispreferred.

At least 810 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years inaleadership

rolewithin a corporate salesenvironment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate adiverseteam.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentationskills.

Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and an analyticalapproachto

problemsolvinganddecisionmaking.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and executethemeffectively.

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiatecontracts withhigh

leveldecisionmakers.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitiveenvironment.
