WhatYou Will Do:
- Developtrust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensurethey do not turn to competition
- To gainconceptual clarity on the usage of Cashfree products & befamiliar with all the features of the products anddashboards
- Gain contextual familiarity withvarious issues that Merchants can encounter and also have anunderstanding of issue resolution
- Proactivelymonitor the business performance of key merchants and reach out torelevant internal teams to resolve issuesidentified
- Monitor and accelerate responsespeeds resolution speeds and quality of interactions by varioussupport teams on tickets/issues raised by themerchants
- To pick cases with very highinteractions and own it up and solveit
- Intervene and solve big ticket items ofmerchants faster
- Collaborating with relevantbackend teams escalating accordingly if required to solve issuespending on them.
- To meticulously take note ofmerchant requests assess feasibility and work with relevant backendteams to fulfil the requirements on time
- Forsignificant issues get RCAs done by responsible teams and drivepermanent fixes for the same.
- Prepare regularreports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key account metrics
- Drivegreat Csat and NPS of key accountsmanaged
WhatYou Will Need:
- 47years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/ Merchantservice/Merchant Experience and should be from B2B payments/Fintechor any other B2B SaaS background
- Relevant expin client serving or merchant relationship mgtrole
- Should have experience in handling L3escalations or escalations from CLevel Executives of the merchantside.
- Polished communication & strongproblem solving skills
