This role is for one of theWeekdaysclients
Weare seeking an experienced Business FinanceManager to join our dynamic team. In this role youwill be responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis andbudgeting processes that support key business objectives. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in business finance a keeneye for detail and the ability to provide strategic financialinsights to drive companyperformance.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadfinancial planning and analysis including budgeting forecasting andvariance analysis.
  • Develop financial models tosupport decisionmaking growth strategies and longtermplanning.
  • Provide strategic recommendations andinsights to senior management based on financial analysis andperformance metrics.
  • Monitor businessperformance and financial outcomes identifying trends andopportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate withvarious business units to evaluate financial impacts projectprofitability and ensure budgetalignment.
  • Oversee cash flow management capitalexpenditure analysis and investmentevaluations.
  • Prepare and present detailedfinancial reports to leadership teams andstakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financialregulations and internal controls.
  • Assist incost management initiatives optimizing operational efficiency andprofitability.

KeyRequirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field(MBA/CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3years) in business finance financial planning or financial analysisroles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelingbudgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with attention todetail.
  • Proficiency in financial managementsoftware and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strongcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to influencestakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work ina fastpaced environment managing multiple projects anddeadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial regulationsand compliancerequirements.
