  • Performvarious backoffice tasks to ensure the smooth operation ofinternational BPO processes.
  • Manage andmaintain documentation records and databasesefficiently.
  • Coordinate with other teams tofacilitate seamless workflow andcommunication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoingcorrespondence via email phone calls and otherchannels.
  • Assist in data entry data managementand data analysis tasks.
  • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures.
  • Support theteam in resolving customer queries andconcerns.
  • Collaborate with internationalclients and stakeholders to address their needs andrequirements.
  • Prepare reports presentations anddocuments as required.
  • Contribute to processimprovement initiatives to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality andsecurity of sensitive information.
  • Stay updatedwith industry trends and best practices in backoffice operationsand BPO services.
  • Adhere to performance targetsand quality standards set by thecompany.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in any field or equivalent workexperience.
  • Prior experience in backofficeoperations or international BPO environmentpreferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook).
  • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to workindependently as well as part of ateam.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities anddeadlines.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as perbusiness requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRMsoftware or similar tools is a plus.
  • Fluency inadditional languages may be advantageous in an international BPOsetting.
