Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at Only Options Event located in Ahmedabad. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks in the office. This includes maintaining records, handling paperwork, preparing and organizing documents, and assisting with general office duties. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
