Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms while ensuring top-notch customer service and engaging in social media marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the digital landscape and looking to grow in the e-commerce industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • E-commerce Platforms (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively navigate and utilize different e-commerce platforms to enhance online sales performance.
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill): Understanding of social media platforms and strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate and attractive presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with team members to plan and execute effective social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor website traffic, sales, and customer engagement to derive actionable insights and improve performance.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
