Content MarketingManager:

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy thataligns with overall businessgoals.
  • Lead and manage a team ofcontent creators ensuring consistent and cohesive brand messagingacross all content formats.
  • Overseethe production of various content types including blogs whitepapers videos podcasts and casestudies.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams (SEO product marketing and sales) to optimizecontent for search conversion and audienceengagement.
  • Analyze contentperformance metrics to continually refine strategies and improveROI and engagement.
  • Drive thoughtleadership by producing content that positions Saras as a leader inthe eCommerce analyticsindustry.
  • Define and execute acontent plan that supports both marketing needs and broaderbusiness objectives.
  • Set and trackKPIs for the content marketing department such as site visits timeon page blog subscribers trial registrations and paidconversions.
  • Manage a team ofwriters and subject matter experts to consistently deliver creativeauthoritative and original content across variousformats.
  • Ensure content consistencyby adhering to style guides and brandguidelines.
  • Coordinate the creationand publication of thought leadership content for the company blogand external sites.
  • Develop contentpartnerships with noncompeting sites that share a similar audiencesuch as marketers business leaders andentrepreneurs.
  • Oversee guest postinglinkbuilding and PR efforts to achieve monthly goals related tomentions and backlinks from highauthoritysites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 7 years ofexperience in content marketing with at least 2 years in aleadership role.
  • Expertise incontent strategy SEO and performance metricsanalysis.
  • Demonstrated ability tocreate engaging content that drivesconversions.
  • Strong communicationand project managementskills.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaSindustry is highly preferred.
  • Apassion for visual communication including design datavisualization and storytelling.
  • Aportfolio showcasing published thought leadership content onhighauthority sites.
  • Extensiveexperience in landing page creation including SEO optimization CROcopywriting and design.
  • Deepknowledge of SEO lead generation and CRO with proven results ingrowing site traffic engagement andconversions.
  • Strong understanding ofwhitehat linkbuilding practices including guest posts infographicsubmissions and outreachcampaigns.

PreferredExperience:

  • Atleast 3 years of experiencein:
    • SEO with provenresults.
    • Content editing and writingincluding longform content.
    • Managingcontent marketing efforts.
    • Leadingor coordinating with freelance writers designers developers andvideo producers.
    • Tools such asWebflow Google Analytics andAhrefs.
