•Responsibility for Sales in defined territory for Accessories Business Unit through active development, nurture growth from existing and potential dealers

•Turnover and margin responsibility, optimization in product mix

•New product launch and development

•Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing

•Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers

•Keeping a watch competitors & market trends

•Appointment of new appointment of channel partner

•Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel

•Digital tool usage to improve business results

 


Qualifications

Engineer+MBA



Additional Information

1.Experience in trade sales  – minimum 6-8 years

2. Understanding of market, product or allied products

3.Working knowledge of distribution business

4.Excellent communication skills/ conversant with local language as required

5.Negotiation skills
