Title: Senior Associate, Revenue AssuranceLocation: BangaloreRole overview:

As a Senior Associate – Revenue Assurance at TerraPay, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciliation of partner statements with internal operational & financial systems.
  • Identification & scrutiny of the RCA.
  • Reporting, follow-ups based on SLA & recovery for the reconciliation line items.
  • Preparation of accurate MIS data.
  • Engage with partner at different levels of integration.
  • Cross-functional support for dispute resolution.
  • Invoicing for partners under post funding model & ensuring settlements are adhered to SLA.
  • Manage both internal & external queries related to reconciliation.
  • Accounting & bookkeeping - Receipts, Payments & General accounting.
  • Ad-hoc & audit support activities as assigned
  • As these responsibilities impact the 'Global money movement', ensure accuracy of the numbers while performing the day-to-day activities.
How you will create impact:
  • The timely identification, reporting is of great importance on the assurance of the reported revenues, the balances due/from the partners contributes to around 90 percent of the P&L highlights the importance of a streamlined reconciliation process & preventing revenue leakages.
Essential qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduate with 2 years of experience in Finance sector or BPO industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work on own initiatives and as part of a team. 
  • Commitment to working the hours required to fulfil the job, including flexibility of working in shifts.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel, knowledge of SQL & Python would be an added advantage.
