Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Reconciliation to join our team at TerraPay. As a key member of our Revenue Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling partner statements with internal operational and financial systems.
  • Identifying and scrutinizing Revenue Control Adjustments (RCAs).
  • Reporting and follow-ups based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and recovery for reconciliation line items.
  • Preparing accurate Management Information System (MIS) data.
  • Engaging with partners at different levels of integration.
  • Cross-functional support for dispute resolution.
  • Invoicing partners under post-funding models and ensuring settlements adhere to SLAs.
  • Managing internal and external queries related to reconciliation.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping, including receipts, payments, and general accounting.
  • Providing ad-hoc and audit support activities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of numbers while performing day-to-day activities, which impact the global money movement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum graduate with 2 years of experience in the finance sector or BPO industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work on own initiatives and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to working the required hours to fulfill the job, including flexibility to work in shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel, and knowledge of SQL and Python would be an added advantage.
