Perform Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting functions on day-to-day basis for specialized accounting processes for Global Asset Management business segment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares journal entries; review, analyze and resolve moderately complex issues in accounting transactions Calculate investment management fees for complex accounts Set up new accounts and billing methodology Generate invoicesand ensure completeness and accuracy Analyze and resolve billing issues Reconcile Balance sheet accounts Reconcile payments to revenue accruals Generate managements reports Record daily cash transactions Lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Accounting qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Understanding of complete accounts receivable cycle and cash collection Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Proficient with current desktop tools (specifically with MS office apps) Ability to influence, build, and maintain strong working relationships with business partners Reliable and proactive approach towards business goals Ability to be accurate and show good attention to detail Ability to clearly communicate issues and status to manager and business partners

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Workday accounting system Good organizational skills – i.e. time management, ability to follow and write process documents Ability to apply root cause analysis to obtain origination of critical ops and financial problems and proactively apply action steps to resolve Advanced Excel and Access skills Ability to understand end-to-end process flows, systems, controls and impacts across the work they support
