Position Title-Associate Director

Experience Level-8+yrs

Department-Finance

Location-Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities

  • · Oversee day to day operations of Finance department of assigned areas,
  • · Accountability to ensure the accuracy of Financials statements and adherence to IND-AS & IFRS,
  • · Responsible for all Direct & Indirect tax matters of the organization and company secretarial related filings.
  • · Ensure efficient completion of month-end function & business support,
  • · Monitor, supervise and review balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis,
  • · Leads the strategic planning for assigned areas and assist in developing and implementing the overall strategic plan,
  • · Experience in devising controls, process and policy documents,
  • · Direct and assist in special projects as requested,
  • · Supervision of the team, provide guidance and direction in several finance functions. Build a high performing staff with proactive and service-oriented mindset,
  • · Establishes performance goals and measures to evaluate success of assigned area of responsibility


Key Competencies


  • · Chartered Accounts with 8-10 years of experience.
  • · Good knowledge on IND-AS & IFRS standards, and various applicable laws.
  • · High level proficiency in financial systems & Microsoft applications. Prior experience on Oracle NetSuite, Fusion accounting software will be an advantage,
  • · Ability to understand, adapt for process changes and a strong sense of importance and ownership
  • Excellent communication and organizations skills with exceptional attention to details verbal and written communication skills.
