Job Title – Commercial Assistant
Location – Mumbai, India
Job model – Hybrid
As a Commercial Assistant you play a vital role in streamlining customer operations, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer projects: Enter and follow up in project management tools according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for customer tests. Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information. Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIR’s, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, products submitted etc.) Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions. Take care of day-to-day client request. Collaborate with customer care to ensure client satisfaction. File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements. Perform general administrative tasks. Make analysis and reports on need basis. Support account managers for demand planning, budget, LE etc if directed. Required skills: Data analytics- Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel. Tools: CRM Tools- SAP Success factor, Qlik, Atlas, Spire, LPM, Cristal, ZohoWe bring

Bachelor’s degree or Higher with minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience. Good command of Hindi, English (both oral and written). A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
