Commercial Assistants perform finance-related administrative tasks, prepare correspondence with employees as well as record and maintain data. Furthermore, conduct telephone calls with employees, accept requests, prepare offers and set and monitor appointments and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Finance-related administrative tasks
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Conduct of telephone calls with employees and following up for regular updates
- Schedule management
- Coordinate conference calls and business meetings
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Review and sort out all correspondence
- Maintain various records and documents and Data recording and maintenance of databases
- Preparation of correspondence with customers and employees
- Assist in the reconciliation process
- Provide information to customers and employees

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- B. Com, M. Com required for related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
