Role andResponsibilities:
The Lead Cyber SecurityEngineer Network will be responsible for managing IT securityoperations overseeing security projects implementing newtechnologies and managing the network infrastructure. This rolewill involve proactively monitoring and troubleshooting networkissues handling LAN and WAN problems and configuring networkchanges to ensure optimal application performance. The candidatewill work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate controlrequirements manage security projects and develop and implement asecurity training program based on policies. Additionally they willmanage internal and external security compliance engagementactivities oversee compliance requirements and communicate thecompliance posture to management. Furthermore the candidate will beresponsible for designing and implementing an automated controlstrategy and exception reportingprocess.
Moreover the Lead CyberSecurity Engineer Network will participate in IT planning andproject management formalize security processes manage the Identityand Access Management (IAM) Program and develop security policiesand procedures as needed. They will also communicate and integratecontrol requirements with crossfunctional teams and manage documentand communicate compliance requirements and timelines to supportingteams andleadership.
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or related field along with 8 years of overallEnterprise IT Security experience. A strong understanding of ITcontrols security concepts and relevant security certificationssuch as OSCP ISC2 CISSP SANS CEH etc. would be advantageous.Furthermore the candidate should demonstrate excellentdecisionmaking analytical and written communication skills. Theyshould have indepth knowledge of network security controls PCI/DSSISO 27002 SOC 2 and technical controls. Experience in IT systemsnetworking infrastructure multifactor authentication intrusiondetection threat intelligence and security policies isessential.
