Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Must build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients Act as a customer advocate, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery Address any concerns or conflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionally, striving to reach win-win resolutions Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and corporate sales, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Support sales through various upselling techniques like Annual Maintenance Contract, RSA etc. Ensure service TAT is maintained (> 95% vehicles on road at any given point of time) Ensure proper dealer response to fleets from dealers. Maintain fleet CSI > 95% Innovative ideas and implementations to improve efficiency of fleets Solutions to fleets through leverage of telematics Play an integral part in generating new sales Ensure SLA ( Service Level Agreements ) are designed and signed with fleet and commitment are adhered to the fleet or corporates. Designing & Implementing Fleet / Corporate Education Programs.
