We are in search of a dynamic and skilledFreelance Trainer with a passion for soft skills and leadershipdevelopment. The ideal candidate is someone who has a profoundunderstanding of human behavior exceptional communication skillsand the ability to inspire and transform individuals at allorganizational levels. As part of our team you will design anddeliver training programs that are not only informative but alsoengaging and transformational.

Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate interactive and engagingtraining sessions on soft skills and leadership for a diverseaudience.
• Develop customized trainingmaterials and modules based on the specific needs and objectives ofour clients.
• Conduct needs assessments totailor programs that address specific developmental gaps andorganizational challenges.
• Utilize a varietyof training methodologies tools and techniques to enhance learnerengagement and retention.
• Provide coaching andfeedback to participants to foster personal and professionalgrowth.
• Measure the effectiveness of trainingprograms through feedback forms surveys and followup sessions andadjust content as needed for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends research and bestpractices in soft skills and leadership development to continuouslyimprove training quality.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Psychology HumanResources Business Administration or related fields. A mastersdegree or relevant certifications in training and developmentleadership coaching or similar is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in deliveringsoft skills and leadership training.
• Excellentpresentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage andinspire a wide range of audiences.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with a knack forstorytelling and making complex concepts accessible.
• A deep understanding of adult learning principles and theability to apply them effectively in training sessions.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training materialsboth inperson and via digital platforms.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying training schedules andformats including the ability to travel if required for onsitetraining.
