We are seekingdynamic and experienced Freelance Trainers to join our team inSalem. As a Freelance Trainer you will be responsible fordelivering highquality training sessions in your respectivevertical to empower individuals with the necessary skills andknowledge.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training modules tailored to thespecific needs of participants in Life Insurance Banking or EnglishCommunication.

Conduct engaging and interactivetraining sessions that facilitate effective learning and skilldevelopment.

Provide constructive feedback andsupport to participants to enhance their performance andunderstanding.

Develop training materialsincluding presentations handouts and assessments to ensure theeffectiveness of the training program.

Stayupdated with industry trends and best practices to continuouslyimprove training content anddelivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the respectivevertical (Life Insurance Banking or EnglishCommunication).

Excellent communication andpresentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skillsand the ability to connect with diverseaudiences.

Ability to adapt training methods andmaterials to meet the needs of participants.

Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for trainingdelivery.

Flexibility to work parttime orfreelance shifts based on the requirements of the trainingschedule.

Parttime orFreelancer

Timings:

Life Insurance and Banking: 24 hours per batch

English Communication: 36 hours perbatch

PaymentTerms:

Payment will beprocessed within a maximum of 20 days postbatchcompletion.
