About the Role

:
In this opportunity as Senior Standards and Governance Business Analyst, you will:

Review business case activity to conduct a return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to prioritize the list of non-strategic software to discontinue future renewals.

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and governance frameworks to identify effectiveness and compliance.

Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into governance and process requirements.

Develop business analysis and governance documentation, including business requirements documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams.

Work with process owners and IT to ensure that business requirements are aligned with governance standards and technological capabilities.

Perform impact analysis for governance changes on business processes and systems.

Support the design and delivery of training programs on governance standards and business processes.

Assist with the integration of governance standards into business operations, ensuring that they are practical and value-adding.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Standards and Governance Business Analyst if your background includes.

Solid experience in a business analysis role, with a focus on standards and governance. Understanding of best practices in business analysis and governance principles. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.  Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. PMP or other relevant professional certifications. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Three years’ experience in a business analyst role.
