The objective of the Admissions & Marketing Manager is to strategically lead and drive the institution's admission and marketing efforts, ensuring the achievement of enrollment goals through effective campaign management, brand positioning, and targeted outreach. This role is focused on attracting a diverse and qualified student body by developing innovative marketing strategies, optimizing admission processes, and enhancing the overall student experience from inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions & Marketing Manager also aims to build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders, while continuously analyzing market trends and data to refine strategies and maintain the institution's competitive edge.
Major Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and student demographics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) to promote the institution’s programs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage the institution’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
• Establish and manage partnerships with external organizations for joint marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with academic departments and other internal stakeholders for collaborative marketing efforts.
MARKETING CREATIVES
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and advertisements.
• Ensure all creative content aligns with the institution’s brand guidelines and messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce high-quality marketing materials.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
• Manage and update the institution’s website content to ensure it is current and engaging.
• Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
• Implement and manage workflows for content creation, approval, and publication.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
• Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
• Work closely with telecallers and admission officers to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into applications.
• Utilize admission portals such as NPF and Ad Global to manage and track prospective students.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and applications through these portals.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to resolve any issues related to the portals.
LEAD GENERATION AND CONVERSION
• Implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, outreach events, and partnerships.
• Analyze lead conversion rates and implement improvements to increase enrollment numbers.
• Collaborate with telecalling teams to ensure effective follow-up and personalized communication with prospective students.
STUDENT AND PARENT ENGAGEMENT
• Organize and conduct orientation programs for new students and parents to familiarize them with the institution.
• Provide guidance and support through career counseling sessions, helping students understand program offerings and career opportunities.
• Foster positive relationships with prospective students and parents, ensuring their needs are met throughout the admission process.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
• Regularly analyze data related to admissions, marketing campaigns, and student demographics to inform decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application rates, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT
• Lead and mentor the admissions and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging creativity and innovation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and admission management software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
