Weare searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with astrong background in fintech and specialized knowledge of the stockmarket. In this role you will lead the development and execution ofinnovative fintech products tailored to the needs of stock marketinvestors and traders. You will collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to define product strategy drive productdevelopment and deliver solutions that enhance our customersfinancialexperiences.

Responsibilities:


Asa Product Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Defineand own the product roadmap for one of the product verticals of astock broking platform prioritizing features and initiatives basedon customer needsbusiness goals competitive analysis and datadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Workclosely with engineering design and other cross functional teams tobring new products and features to market.
  • Gatherand analyze user feedback market data and other relevantinformation to identify opportunities for product improvement andcompetitivedifferentiation.
  • Conductproduct research and develop new product ideas.
  • Measureand track the performance of products and features and makenecessary adjustments to improveresults.
  • Workclosely with the marketing team to ensure the successfulacquisition and retention of users for the product.
  • Collaboratewith other product managers to ensure alignment and consistencyacross the productportfolio.
  • Bethe spokesperson of the product and create awareness andunderstanding of the product among target customers andstakeholders.
  • Takecustomer feedback directly and prioritize it into the productroadmap
  • Createclear product requirement documents which will be used byengineering teams for execution.
  • Createand track product retention awareness and acquisition metrics.



Requirements
  • 5years of experience in product management preferably in the fintechorfinancialservices industry.
  • Strongdomain knowledge of capital markets Indian stock markets tradingand investing.
  • Deepunderstanding of product lifecycle management product analytics anddatadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Experienceusing analytic platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate with crossfunctional teams effectively.
  • Strategicthinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Excellentprioritization skills.

Proven experience in KYC operations, risk management, andregulatory compliance within the fintech industry. Strongunderstanding of local and international regulatory frameworksrelated to KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Familiarity withKYC technologies and tools; experience with implementing automationin KYC processes is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability toidentify and mitigate risks effectively Detail-oriented with strongorganizational and project management skills. Ability to adapt to afast-paced and evolving fintech environment. Advanced degree orprofessional certifications in compliance or risk management is aplus
