About Company : Decathlon was founded in 1976 in France and is the biggest sports retailer in the world with around 1791 Stores across 70 countries. We believe that sports contribute to good health, balanced education, social integration and sustainable development the world over. In India, Decathlon started 14 years back and our first cash & carry flagship store was set up in May 2009 at Sarjapur in Bangalore. As of 2024, we are at 122 Stores spread across the country.

Way O Working : 3 days from office
Responsibilities :
Support Decathlon Digital teams by helping them integrate Cybersecurity from the solution choice and design phases;
Create security guidelines allowing teams to implement good practices within their scope;
Take part in cybersecurity architecture reviews of Decathlon infrastructures, platforms and applications;
Explore innovative Cyber topics, having an impact on the Decathlon business such as Artificial Intelligence.
Provide technical contribution to risk analyzes in collaboration with the teams responsible for the scope and our Risk Management team;
Detect and qualify security vulnerabilities encountered in your daily life and propose remediation plans in collaboration with the teams in charge of the area concerned;
Share your knowledge of cybersecurity with your team and more broadly, with Decathlon Digital teams;
Ensure technological monitoring to guarantee the security of Decathlon’s information system.
Technical scope (Must have) :
Solid understanding of public cloud technologies with hands-on technical knowledge of at least one major public cloud like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
Hands on experience of vulnerability assessments, Penetration Testing, Web, Mobile Application & API pentest, identify access management etc.
In Depth Knowledge of using Burpsuite, Metasploit, ZAP, Wireshark etc
Experience with VAPT using Qualysguard and Nessus.
Experience with security tools like Prisma Cloud etc is a must have.
Develop, implement, and maintain the SSDLC framework across all software development projects.
Proven ability to lead and manage incident response efforts.
Network: interconnection, VPN, PAM, WAF, Proxy and Load Balancing.
Conduct Architecture and Design review to provide guidance and security assurance around best practices and frameworks.
Work closely with the DevOps teams and share security insight
Experience with Secure Code Review Tools such as Synk is a must have.
Testing and Techniques - ZAP, Wireshark, Sonarqube, Metasploit etc.
Ability to document risks, security controls and evidence to ensure compliance
Good knowledge On (Technical Know-How) :
Experience on Infrastructure as Code solution (Terraform, Ansible, Chef etc) would be an added advantage.
Authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, Oauth 2.0, OIDC, …);
IoT Solutions (hardware, application mobile, Public Cloud);
Knowledge of development practices using Java and Nodejs, Docker, Kubernetes and other container orchestration services
Understanding of security frameworks, controls and processes - CIS, NIST, PCI/DSS.
Medium experience in one or more languages - NodeJS, GoLang, Python, Perl, Ruby, Bash, Javascript, Java etc.
Must have experience on CI/CD, GitHub actions.

With higher education in IT, you have initial experience in cybersecurity;
You have already taken part in infrastructure, platform or application security issues (in their design phase or during the life of these solutions / applications);
You are curious and passionate about tech;
You have initial experience on the Public Cloud or you want to evolve on these hosting solutions;
You cannot imagine treating a subject without providing a qualitative documentary deliverable;
You know how to work in a team and be proactive;
You are capable of challenging habits and proposing innovative technical solutions;
You are a good communicator both written and orally.
You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented (problem solver) and risk-based approach;
You want to evolve in a strong international context (Decathlon is present in 70 countries).

You know the principles of risk analysis or you have already had the opportunity to carry out this exercise;
Security certifications are beneficial for this position (CISSP, AWS, GCP, Network, etc.).
