We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
2. Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the specified qualifications.
4. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
5. Interview Coordination:
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process, providing necessary information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
8. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
9. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
10. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on candidate selection.
11. Job Postings and Advertising:
12. Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
13. Explore creative ways to enhance the visibility of job openings and attract top talent.
14. Candidate Assessment:
15. Administer assessments or coordinate technical evaluations to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for the role.
16. Documentation and Reporting:
17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
18. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
