Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the specified qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process, providing necessary information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on candidate selection.
  • Job Postings and Advertising:
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Explore creative ways to enhance the visibility of job openings and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Administer assessments or coordinate technical evaluations to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for the role.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
