We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will
Develop and baseline a detailed project plan to support required deliverables, activities, resource allocations & forecasting and project interdependencies. Develop and implement the required project governance structures including Project Steering Committees, working groups, escalation and decision pathways. Be able to define Project definition and business case development (scope, objectives, dependencies, Costs, assumptions, acceptance criteria, issues and risks) aligned with GPB Wealth Core Banking standards approvals Drive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams ( Scrum, Kanban) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank, and define detailed testing activities and controls. Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination Develop benefit realization plan and coordinate reporting Produce, review and approval of project deliverables and documentation in line with GPB Wealth Core Banking SVS leadership Ensure JIRA, Clarity records are an accurate reflection of the status and stage gate of the project Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment and requirements Implement the change control processes to manage internal and external scope changes and impacts Integrate GPB Wealth Core Banking Business Strategies and operational design into actionable deliverables and change management activities Work with senior management and stakeholders to devise client review strategy to achieve optimization of client profile and profitability. Work closely with our existing software vendors, client contacts, product management and other relevant third parties Finding relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a base of information, relating and comparing data form different sources, identify cause-effect relationships RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
A solid understanding of business change techniques including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques, complex modelling, and scenario planning. Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative, and analytical content. Energetic, results focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. Team player and people motivator. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, creative problem solving, collaborative and influencing skills. Excellent relationship management and networking skills to work with stakeholders across business divisions and geographies. Must be a good communicator – verbal and written by English. Must be able to multi-task and be able to priorities effectively.-
