PremiumBooking Reinsurance Claims Payroll and Treasuryetc. In addition candidatesmust
havedemonstrated superior people management and relationship managementskillsfor TeamLead
.

Dutiesand responsibilities

Ensure client service delivery inaccordance with the quality guidelines &methodologies.
Build and maintain client relationship byunderstanding and being responsive to clientneeds
andensuring high quality of deliverables.
Quality Review of team s work ensuringdelivery meets CTQ requirement for ITGCtesting
Interact with teams to understanddifferent Businessprocesses& conductWalkthrough
Identifyapplicable BusinessControlsfor the process
Generation of relevant reports to performaudits
Following established statistical samplingguidelines to identify records for auditevaluation
Obtaining documentation to supportadherence tobusinessprocesses
Evaluation of documentation as per auditrequirement
Forming conclusion of audit based onevaluation of documentation
Updating audit documentation withdetails

Qualifications

Education:B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.in Computer Science or equivalent

Specializedknowledge:Good Understanding of Software DevelopmentLife Cycle

SkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationskills and good interpersonal skillsdesired

AbilitiesExpect effective application of analyticalskills and prioritisation and planningability

Othercharacteristics:SME/TLpositionrequires regularover the phone interactionwith
customeronshore managersand counterparts.Candidate musthave basic telephone
etiquettes.

Experience4years preferablyin performing Internal Audits and/orSOX ProcessAudits

Workingconditions

24x7operations requires flexibility to work in anyshift

Requirements

QualificationsandExperience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 68 years ofexperience in ITGC testing.
  • Strongtechnical background including knowledge of IT general controlsapplication controls and dataintegrity.
  • Experience with SOXcompliance and auditingstandards.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
