Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to thecreation of a scalable application platform for delivering complexand challenging projects across software and data. * Design andbuild cloudnative software using industry leading practices andtools. * Own building and shipping new features across all levelsof the stack frontend and backend. * Write highquality testablelongterm maintainable and performant code. * Build monitoring andobservability to understand system performance and user behavior tomake informed decisions. * Balance tradeoffs to meet shorttermneeds while investing in longtermfoundation.

*Provide technical leadership tokey stakeholders proactively communicating project details anddevelopment progress.

Qualifications:

BE (or higher MS / PhD) degree inComputer Science / related field or equivalent technicalexperience

8 years fullstack softwareengineering experience

3 years in a senior staff orprincipal engineer role * Experience designing and buildingcloudnative solutions (Azure AWS Google CloudPlatform)

Strong programming skills in oneor more of Go C# NodeJS PythonJava

Strong programming skills in oneor more of TypeScript Angular React * Expertise with more than oneof PostgreSQL Redis gRPC GraphQL messaging systems (KafkaSQS)

Strong understanding how toleverage unit integration and E2E test automation as part of thesoftware development lifecycle

Experience leading projects with ateam or across teams * Passion for mentoring and guiding others *Strong written and verbal communication skills in English PreferredQualifications * Azure experience * Experience with nativedevelopment on iOS and Android * Experience with UX principles andapplication performance optimization * Experience withobservability tools (Azure Monitor Datadog Grafana) * Experiencewith containerization and orchestration technologies (DockerKubernetes) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools(Terraform Pulumi cloudspecific IaC tools) * Experience with one ormore CNCF projects * Experience designing and implementinginfrastructure security and governance platform adhering tocompliance standards (HIPAA SOC2)
