Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
  • Administer payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage employee benefits programs and provide support for inquiries
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize HR operations
