At least 2 years of IT or Technical Support experience (in Tier 3Intune support).
B.S. degree in ComputerScience or equivalent experience.
Subject Matter Expert knowledge of one or more of thefollowing domains:
Strongknowledge of: any Windows OS Mobile device OS Client/Serverknowledge understanding of Cloud services Mobile deviceconfiguration and app deployment
Nice to have would include: Exchange SCCM Cloudproducts like Azure Office 365 and PowerShell
Expert level industryexperience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile ApplicationManagement including Intune or thirdpartysolutions.
Strongproblemsolving skills includes troubleshooting problem analysis andresolution good judgment/decision makingability.
Genuine passion fortechnology and desire and aptitude to increase technical skilllevel required.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

Identity
Working knowledge of ADFS
Active Directory concepts such as Kerberos LDAPCertificates and Security Groups.
Working knowledge of Secure Token Services (ADFS orsimilar)
Experience withnetwork connectivity
Knowledgeof Cloud Identity (Azure Active Directory AAD Sync Rolebased accesscontrol)

App Dev
Programming background in PowerShell C#Java
Background in relationaldatabases such as SQL
Familiarwith Visual Studio or some other IDE
Debugging skills aware of the concepts of stack crashand able to review and understand codeflow.

WindowsNetworking
Workingknowledge or networking with clear understanding of TCP/IPincluding CIDR routing and DNS; understanding of HTTP/HTTPSincluding the ability to capture and interpret Fiddlertraces.
Understanding of proxyservers firewalls and VPN.
Understanding of 3rd party VPN solutions

Exchange
Exchange onpremises and/or ExchangeOnline.
Experience withtroubleshooting and configuring mobile device emailconnectivity.
Knowledge of theExchange ActiveSync communication protocol and mobile devicemailbox policies.
Familiaritywith ExchangeHybrid.
