Outbound Sales Executive

Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (Tele calling)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 12 AM - 9 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 in-hand (dependent on last drawn salary)
- ₹100 per day night allowance apart from the salary and incentives
- Conduct outbound tele calling to potential customers for sales.
- Communicate effectively in English to pitch products and services.
- Utilize language skills in Generic, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales.
- Experience in day shifts is acceptable.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu.
- Ability to work night shifts from 12 AM to 9 AM.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
